Frequently asked

What is a GLP-1 medication?

GLP-1 medications mimic a hormone involved in appetite and blood sugar regulation. Your provider can explain how treatment may fit your individual needs.

What is the difference between compounded and brand-name GLP-1s?

Brand-name medications are FDA-approved products. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. FitPeo’s brand-name treatments require a membership; compounded plans have no membership fee. A provider determines which option may be appropriate for you.

How does provider review work?

After checkout, you complete an online health assessment. A licensed provider reviews your information and determines whether treatment is appropriate. A prescription is issued only when clinically appropriate.

Will I be charged before a provider approves my treatment?

Medication is only charged after provider approval. Your medication and FitPeo membership are separate charges, shown when you select a plan and at checkout.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary by individual. Your provider will review your progress throughout treatment and discuss what to expect based on your health information and goals.

What is the membership fee for brand-name treatments?

Your first membership month is $39. Standard membership rates are $149/month for 1 month, $99/month for 3 months, $89/month for 6 months, or $74/month for 12 months. Multi-month memberships are billed for the selected term. Medication is billed separately.

How is my medication shipped?

Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and shipped discreetly to your address. Shipping details are communicated after your provider issues a prescription.

Can I message my provider directly?

Yes. FitPeo plans include provider messaging so you can ask questions, report side effects, and request guidance throughout your treatment journey.
